My dad is really into this program because it lets you track your employees' locations in real time, plus they can upload pictures. He works with insurance claims for a fire and water damage restoration business, and it’s just what he needed. Big thanks to TCW!!

We utilize the scheduling and time tracking features. It’s way simpler to handle for both Admin and Staff. This tool is straightforward to pick up and use. The company listens to its clients and makes changes and enhancements to the software according to user feedback and suggestions.

The support team is really quick to respond and super helpful with any questions. They've consistently collaborated with me to tackle the challenges we face as a staffing agency, especially with employees working entirely off-site at different locations doing various tasks.

All in all, I rate them 5 stars... The support they provide, along with the GPS tracking for staff and the simple mobile time entry, is a real boon for my business! Both employees and admin find it super easy to use.

This tool saves me a good four hours each week on payroll, allowing me to focus on other projects. Plus, it's super easy, neat, and straightforward to operate. I find myself spending way less time chasing down info from employees that they often forget to jot down.

The user interface of Time Clock Wizard is definitely the simplest we've seen among all the time tracking tools we checked out. So far, the teams have given us nothing but good vibes, which is pretty impressive given that we're rolling out time tracking software!

I’m really excited to share that I’m using Time Clock Wizard again, and this time, Diana came through for me! Every time I reach out, I pick up something new, and the way I track my business is getting easier and easier! And trust me, I’m not exactly a tech whiz!!! But with their dedicated support, they’ve really taken the time to grasp how my business operates, and we’re gradually improving even my QuickBooks setup. I get how things work on paper, but moving to software has been quite the challenge.

Honestly, Time Clock Wizard doesn’t shy away from helping you get things running smoothly and breaking it down so it makes sense. I’m not a fan of overhead costs, but the mix of QBO, Time Clock Wizard, and Expensify has made my life a whole lot simpler! Once again, one of the awesome folks at Time Clock Wizard, Diana this time, guided me through customizing my invoice. When he reached the limit of what he could do, he even helped me figure out how to ask for more help with QBO. Bless his heart!
